LinkedIn’s ได้ติดตามการเติบโตของสายงานอาชีพ สำหรับตำแหน่งงานกว่า 15,000 ตำแหน่ง เพื่อระบุตำแหน่งงานที่เป็นที่ต้องการมากที่สุดในปี 2021 

สำหรับตำแหน่งงานที่เติบโตมากที่สุด จะเป็นสายงานด้านดิจิทัล ที่เติบโดตมาอย่างต่อเนื่องอยู่แล้วพร้อมๆ กับเทคโนโลยี และในปีนี้อาชีพด้านการแพทย์ก็เป็นอีกหนึ่งสายงานที่มีบทบาทเพิ่มขึ้นด้วย โดยสายงานที่กำลังเป็นที่ต้องการในประเทศไทยนั้น มี 10 สายงานหลักๆ ดังนี้ 

1. Digital content

ตำแหน่งงานมาแรง: Editor, copywriter, podcaster, YouTube content creator, video editor 
ทักษะที่จำเป็น: Public speaking, proof reading, video editing, Adobe Premier Pro, creative writing
